North Macedonia cuisine reflects Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences and shares characteristics of other Balkan cuisines. It is well preserved and a symbol of Macedonia’s rich tradition. It has a big variety, including citrus fruits, grapes hazelnuts, rice and mountain teas.
